Further training provided.
Mixed role of helpdesk, desktop support and project driven duties. Most of your time will be hands-on resolving the helpdesk tickets. You will also help the senior members of the team.

Your experience for the role of IT Support - Trainee:-
You should understand the fundamentals of PC’s, hardware, software and networking basics. Any IT commercial experienc or MCP, MCSE, BTEC etc would be beneficial. As the role is very customer based you must be comfortable dealing with people of all levels in a prfessioanl and clear manner.
